We started as Journeyman Construction back in 1996.
And for nearly 30 years, we've been sharpening our skills as commercial builders across all kinds of projects—multifamily, senior living, hospitality, K-12 and higher education, retail, office, medical, government, transportation, parks and recreation, and historic renovation.

Meet the Team.
Cannon Kilde
Vice President, Operations
Cannon didn’t climb the ladder at Journeyman - he built it. Starting as a superintendent, his incredible depth of construction knowledge and dedication to his projects didn't go unnoticed. He worked his way up to Vice President, where he now oversees all of Journeyman's construction projects. His hands-on background is what makes him so effective in his role today. Because he’s done the work himself, he knows exactly what it takes to get a project built right.
Gary Willard
Vice President
Gary got his start in the construction industry nearly 40 years ago as an estimator, where he sharpened his ability to schedule, see the full picture of a project, and plan ahead for the unexpected. From there, Gary moved quickly — advancing to Project Manager and continuing to grow. Today, as Vice President, he brings all of that experience to bear, leading the construction team and setting them up for success on every project. Gary holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
David Gregorcyk
Vice President, Risk Management
As the resident attorney, David leads Journeyman’s legal affairs and risk management. Prior to joining Journeyman in 2013, he practiced with a top-rated construction law firm, representing some of the largest and most successful commercial building contractors in Texas. David holds a BA from The University of Texas at Austin, a JD from St. Mary’s University, and is board certified in Construction Law by the State Bar of Texas.
Ross Langham
Project Executive
Ross brings 20 years’ experience in managing organizations, operations and projects, as well as business development, budget, and strategic consulting. He’s worked in senior roles within several industries, bringing a cross-discipline perspective that helps him maintain a global view and broad ideas. He holds a BA in Computer Science from Texas State University and a BBA in Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
