Kurt brings 30 years of multifamily experience to Journeyman. He graduated from Texas Tech University’s College of Architecture and, as a former Architect, he adds a unique ability to blend design and construction methods into every step of every project. He’s served as the architect of record or lead developer for more than 40 large-scale multifamily projects.

Pranav Kumar
Pranav supports the feasibility, financing, operations, and development of the firm’s projects. Prior to joining Journeyman, Pranav served as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps. He holds an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated as a Palmer Scholar, and a bachelor’s degree with honors from Vanderbilt University.

With more than 20 years of experience in senior living, including serving as past chair of the Texas Assisted Living Association, Britta knows this world inside and out. But what truly sets her apart is how much she cares about getting it right.

Jennifer has worked in property management for nearly 15 years, and today she oversees the 15+ multifamily projects currently operated by Journeyman's Management Division, making sure that residents aren't just satisfied, but genuinely love where they live. Kaleigh leads all marketing efforts across Journeyman’s divisions, with particular focus at the property level. She is a certified LEED Green Associate and is a graduate of the Liberal Arts Honors program at the University of Texas at Austin, where she studied Environmental Sustainability and Global Studies.

Jason Aymami
Jason brings over 20 years of accounting and finance experience and oversees Journeyman's accounting function for the properties and development projects. He holds a master's degree in accountancy from Metropolitan State University of Denver and is a licensed CPA in Colorado, New Jersey, and Texas. Prior to joining Journeyman, Jason worked in private equity and investment banking, concentrating on real estate development, construction, oil & gas, and chemicals.

Shristi Tuladhar
Shristi is an Assistant Controller focused on development accounting, with seven years of experience supporting the company’s real estate portfolio. Her background spans development and operational accounting, with expertise in asset management, HUD financing and loan closings, and refinancings. She holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington and an MBA from Amberton University.

Juanita brings extensive experience in property accounting and financial operations to Journeyman. As Accounting Manager, she oversees accounting for Journeyman’s multifamily, senior living, and hospitality portfolio, supporting financial reporting, budgeting, and operational decision-making. She leads a team of property accountants and works closely with property and corporate leadership to strengthen processes, financial controls, and reporting. Juanita holds a BS in Accounting from Grand Canyon University and is pursuing a Master’s in Professional Accounting at The University of Texas at Austin.

Priyasa brings over 10 years of accounting experience, including extensive experience in real estate and property accounting, to Journeyman. As Assistant Accounting Manager, she supports the accounting team and management through financial reporting, forecasting, account reconciliations, audit coordination, and the review of property-level financial activities. She holds an MBA in Strategic Leadership from Amberton University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington. Her analytical approach, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy make her a valuable part of Journeyman’s accounting team.

Brittany brings 7 years of accounting experience to Journeyman, including 2.5 years in the multifamily industry. She enjoys the variety and challenges of property accounting and takes pride in keeping things accurate and running smoothly behind the scenes. Detail-oriented, dependable, and always ready to help, she enjoys being part of a great team and contributing to the company’s continued success. Brittany holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Dillard University and a M.S.Ed. from the University of Miami.

Proven expertise in financial reporting, month-end closing, balance sheet reconciliations, budgeting, and variance analysis. Experienced in process improvement initiatives, accounting system implementations, and developing standardized procedures to strengthen internal controls and streamline workflows. Holds a BSBA in Accounting from University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Layla brings a strong background in accounting and financial operations to Journeyman, where she supports the financial reporting and accounting functions for a multifamily portfolio. Her experience includes month-end close, financial analysis, account reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, and variance reporting. She holds a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi and is currently progressing toward CPA licensure in Texas.

Theresa brings more than 10 years of experience in customer service, administrative operations, and now financial support. Her career progression from Receptionist to Accounts Payable, and ultimately to Account Associate, reflects her adaptability, initiative, and solutions-driven approach. In her current role, Theresa provides leadership and oversight for the Property Accounts Payable team while serving as a trusted resource and valued partner to the Management and Development teams.
