Meet the Team.
Kurt Goll
President, Multifamily
Kurt brings 30 years of multifamily experience to Journeyman. He graduated from Texas Tech University’s College of Architecture and, as a former Architect, he adds a unique ability to blend design and construction methods into every step of every project. He’s served as the architect of record or lead developer for more than 40 large-scale multifamily projects.
Pranav Kumar
Vice President
Pranav supports the feasibility, financing, operations, and development of the firm’s projects. Prior to joining Journeyman, Pranav served as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps. He holds an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated as a Palmer Scholar, and a bachelor’s degree with honors from Vanderbilt University.
David Gregorcyk
Vice President, Risk Management
As the resident attorney, David leads Journeyman’s legal affairs and risk management. Prior to joining Journeyman in 2013, he practiced with a top-rated construction law firm, representing some of the largest and most successful commercial building contractors in Texas. David holds a BA from The University of Texas at Austin, a JD from St. Mary’s University, and is board certified in Construction Law by the State Bar of Texas.
Nick LaDuca
Senior Development Manager
Nick touches every step of a project in his role as Development Director. He oversees everything from the early stages of feasibility, all the way through entitlement, financing, construction, and finally getting a building stabilized and running. He holds dual BS degrees in Accounting and Construction Science & Management, as well as an MBA, all from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
Ben Hines
Development Manager
As Development Director, Ben serves as the critical bridge between vision and reality. With a sharp eye for detail and a talent for strategic planning, he takes large-scale development projects and transforms them from ambitious ideas on paper into tangible, real-world results. He is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin.
Alex Clarke, P.E.
Development Manager
A registered professional engineer, Alex Clarke applies his 30+ years of experience in civil engineering to support all of Journeyman’s land planning, development and entitlement. Prior to joining Journeyman, Alex was co-owner of the Austin-based civil engineering firm, Longaro & Clarke. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from University of Wisconsin - Madison.
Kaleigh LaDuca
Marketing Director
Kaleigh leads all marketing efforts across Journeyman’s divisions, with particular focus at the property level. She is a certified LEED Green Associate and is a graduate of the Liberal Arts Honors program at the University of Texas at Austin, where she studied Environmental Sustainability and Global Studies.
